Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team at CST. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, particularly in recruitment, generalist activities, payroll, and employee engagement, cultural development etc. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
Conduct offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Generalist Activities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.

3.Leadership and Team Handling:
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the HR team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

4.Payroll:
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Address payroll-related queries from employees.

5.Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities to boost employee morale and foster a sense of community.
Proactively address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.

6.Qualifications:
Masters in business administration (HR)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in IT industry is a must.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and offer negotiations.
Proficiency in payroll processes and generalist HR activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
